Agency Policies 


On April 19, 2019, Town Council authorized the Police Department to begin converting the department's policies, known as "General Orders," into the department's new electronic policy management system, known as Lexipol. On November 1, 2021, Town Council approved Resolution 59-21 (A resolution to accept the departmental policy and procedure manual (Forest Heights Police General Orders). On January 9, 2023, the Town Council approved Resolution 03-23 to approve substantive updates to the Policy Manual. Each General Order from the older system is superseded by, the newer policy within the Lexipol system.
