Forest Heights charges a franchise fee whenever our public easements and rights-of-way are used for private business.Public Works

Residential streets within the Forest Heights limits are swept periodically throughout the year. Snow removal occurs on a consistent basis throughout the snow period. Livingston Road is not plowed or maintained by Forest Heights Public Works, as it is a County roadway. Indian Head Highway is a State roadway. If you live on a municipal roadway and your street was not plowed or cleaned please contact Public Works at (301) 839-1030.Public Works
